Equipment

  • dehydrator
  • apple peeler/corer

Ingredients
  

  • 10 apples

Instructions
 

  • Wash, peel and core apples
  • Cut apples into halves or rounds
  • Layer on racks of dehydrator, leaving room between slices
  • Set temperature to 135-145 F
  • Remove apples when they are dried, but not crunchy and crumbly

Notes

Spice it up by sprinkling apple splices with cinnamon sugar before adding too dehydrator.
